Flat Glass Film

Homes, Offices & Storefronts

Solar-control, privacy and decorative film for buildings — quoted only after we've seen the glass in person. We travel about an hour from the Warrenville shop, and there's no travel fee inside that radius.

Why we insist on seeing it first

Flat glass can crack. Car glass can't.

Putting the wrong film on the wrong window traps heat in the glass and causes thermal stress — which can fracture the pane. Tempered, annealed, laminated and double-glazed units all behave differently, and orientation and shading matter too.

So we come out, look at the actual glass, and only then quote a film. The inspection is free and carries no obligation. When you approve the quote you'll sign a short written glass-risk acknowledgment before we install anything.

Warranty varies by film and by whether the application is residential or commercial. We'll confirm the exact term for your chosen film in the written quote.

Worth Knowing

Privacy Is Lighting-Dependent

Be careful of anyone who promises otherwise.

Daytime privacy films reverse at night

Reflective and dual-reflective films work because there's more light outside than inside. After dark with your lights on, that flips — and so does the privacy. If you need night privacy, we'll point you at frost or blackout instead.

See the mirrored look before you commit

Silver Reflective is bold. We'll show you real project photos so you know exactly how your building will look from the street before you choose it.
