What we collect
We collect only what we need to book your appointment or quote your project:
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Your vehicle details, or the address and details of the property for a flat-glass inspection.
- Any photos you choose to upload with an inspection request.
- Standard web-server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited).
How we use it
- To schedule, confirm and carry out your service.
- To contact you about your booking or quote by phone, text or email.
- To keep service records, which also let us verify warranty eligibility later.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers we need to run the business — our online booking provider and our payment processor.
Calls and texts
When you tick the consent box on the inspection form, you are agreeing that we may contact you by phone call or text about that request. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will.
Payment information
Card details are handled by our payment processor. A1 Auto Studios does not store your full card number.
Cookies
This site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded content — the Google Maps frame and our booking system — may set their own cookies, governed by their privacy policies rather than ours.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@a1autostudios.com. Note that we may need to keep basic service records to honour warranty claims.
