This policy applies to automotive appointments booked through our online booking system. Residential and commercial flat-glass projects follow a separate process that begins with a free onsite inspection and carries no deposit at the enquiry stage.
Reserving your appointment
A deposit of 20% of the quoted service total is required to reserve an automotive appointment. The deposit is applied to your final balance on the day of service.
We accept credit card, debit card, Apple Pay and PayPal.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule at any time before your appointment, and your deposit moves with you to the new date. There is no rescheduling fee.
Cancellation
- 24 or more hours before your appointment — your deposit is refunded in full.
- Less than 24 hours before your appointment — the deposit may be forfeited.
We are a two-person shop. A late cancellation is a slot we usually cannot refill, which is the only reason this policy exists. If something genuinely unavoidable comes up, call us — we would rather talk to you than keep your money.
If we have to cancel
If we cancel or cannot complete your service for any reason on our side, your deposit is refunded in full, or moved to a new appointment if you prefer.
Appointments are required
We are appointment-based and are not always on-site during posted hours. Please do not arrive without a booking — we may not be there.
